Our friends, Mike Brooks has an incredible talent, and that talent is writing about the orks. He was brilliant with his Ufthak Blackhawk stories, and Mike Brooks went above and beyond with Da Gobbo’s Revenge. The grot Da Red Gobbo has always been a symbol of Christmas from Games Workshop, and we were thrilled to have an official story about the legend of Da Red Gobbo.
However, Da Gobbo’s Revenge is more than just a story about grots and da Revolushun. It’s about how many Christmas jokes and pop culture references Mike Brooks can squeeze in and yet have them fit so well, they could be used in literally any ork context.
And just a small head’s up… we got the news about Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 right before we started to record, and, well, we were a bit excited.
