Each episode will be in a traditional book club format. We will read one mutually agreed upon book to discuss at the club meeting aka podcast. Sometimes we will read brand new books, sometimes we will read old books, but there will be a method to our madness as to why.
We’ve had a number of readers recommend John French’s The Horusian Wars series, and now seemed like the perfect time to dive in. It’s another tale about the Inquisition, but it took us completely by surprise. Everything about Resurrection by John French was unlike any other Inquisitor tale we’ve ever read.
And that was a good thing. We had a great time, and we’re eager to jump into the next book. We have so many questions we need answered!
But before we jump into the next one, we’re paying some homage to one of our favorite authors: Josh Reynolds. We recently heard he’s no longer writing for the Black Library, and we want to show our love and support for him any way we can. So, in the name of Mr. Reynolds, we’re diving into Lukas the Trickster. He’s not really a character we like, but we figure if Josh Reynolds can make Fabius Bile entertaining, why not the Jackalwolf?
The Resurrection by John French vidcast is, of course, on YouTube, and the podcast is on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, and Spotify!
