Each episode will be in a traditional book club format. We will read one mutually agreed upon book to discuss at the club meeting aka podcast. Sometimes we will read brand new books, sometimes we will read old books, but there will be a method to our madness as to why.
Our backlog game is going strong with another episode of Fabulous Bill in Fabius Bile: Clonelord by Josh Reynolds. Fabius Bile: Manflayer is still on the docket to release this year, we have to be ready for it. So, what is Bill up to this time? (Spoiler: nothing good.)
This was a bit of a long one, and we had a LOT to unpack. Between Bill’s New Men, his companions, a lovable daemon dog, and Fulgrim 2.0, we were not scraping the barrel for things to talk about. As a further warning, Keri got a little emotional with this book, and Jen enjoyed laughing at her.
Next up is further back in the backlog, The Emperor’s Gift by Aaron Dembski-Bowden. It has Grey Knights and ADB. That’s really all we need.
