Fewer postings could be worse for Commissar Bastun Hasp than the Savlar Chem-Dogs, penal legion dregs that are far from the shining soldiers of the Imperium he had hoped to lead. Hasp is ordered to lead a kill team of these imperfect tools through enemy-infested territory to secure vital intelligence. The catch?
