We’re so excited to read and discuss a new new book, and we’re even more excited that this new book is the epic conclusion to the Vaults of Terra series by Chris Wraight, The Dark City. Now we’ll learn the truth as to what is really going on with the High Lords of Terra. Plus, surely we’ll find out if Crowl is truly insane or not?
You know, even though this book is fiction, and technically this quote doesn’t apply here, but the truth is stranger than fiction. Neither of us saw this coming from a mile away.
Much to Jen’s chagrin, we’re heading back to the final book of the original Ahriman trilogy with Ahriman: Unchanged. Thankfully this weekend a bunch of books are coming up for preorder, so this should be the last one in the backlog! (We hope, anyway.)
