WH40k Book Club Episode #138 – Long Live Da Red Gobbo by Justin Woolley

It’s our favorite holiday tradition, ending the year with a new Da Red Gobbo book! Justin Woolley provided this year’s entertainment with Long Live Da Red Gobbo, and it was indeed entertaining. It’s another delightful look into ork and grot culture. It’s short and sweet, just like this particular episode.

It’s a VERY short episode. Apologies for the amount of coughing once again. We also lost the ability to speak and enunciate our thoughts clearly. Our brains are already on Christmas break, what can we say. 🙈

Next up episode is our last one of the year, the Book Club of the Year Awards! But the next book we’re reading is Daemonhammer by Darius Hinks. Not to be confused with Daemonbreaker.

The Long Live Da Red Gobbo by Justin Woolley vidcast is on YouTube and now Spotify! Of course you can still find the audio podcast on Apple Podcasts and virtually anywhere else you can find podcasts. If you haven’t read the book yet, better do that before you listen! If you like us, please subscribe or even leave a review!

Each episode will be in a traditional book club format. We will read one mutually agreed upon book to discuss at the club meeting aka podcast. Sometimes we will read brand new books, sometimes we will read old books, but there will be a method to our madness as to why.

Keri

It was all thanks to a little game called Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine that alerted Keri to the intricate world of WH40K. She's not into tabletop gaming, but she loves extended lore. After getting through just one omnibus, it was all downhill from there. She can't leave the local Citadel without $150 in books.
